Steps to troubleshoot Unity Connection Ports

Step 1 : Gather Version Details
Login to the CLI of the Cisco Unity Connection and Cisco Unified Communications Manager with the Platform username and password. This can be done easily with SecureCRT.
Step 2 : Enter the HowTo Schema description and add a relevant image
